01How much does a custom song cost?
$39 with Standard delivery (within 48 hours), or $69 with Express delivery (within 12 hours). Both get the same song, song page, MP3, gift link and free revision; the only difference is how soon it arrives. You choose at checkout, after you’ve seen your song plan. See pricing
02How does a custom song gift work?
You answer about a dozen questions about the person, one at a time: who they are to you, the occasion, a story or two, the things they always say. From your answers we draw up a song plan with a working title, what the song is about, what each verse and the chorus will say, and how it should sound. You can change any part of it before you order. Then we write the lyrics and make the song, and you get a link to send them. How it works, step by step
03How fast will I get the song?
Within 48 hours of your order with Standard, or within 12 hours with Express. If you told us the occasion date, checkout shows when each option arrives and whether it lands before the day.
04Can I read the lyrics before the song is made?
With Standard, yes: you get the lyrics first and have 12 hours to approve them, edit lines yourself or ask for changes (up to two rounds). If you don’t reply in time, we go ahead with them as written. Express skips this step so we can start right away; names and facts are taken from your interview as written, and if the finished song gets a fact wrong, we fix it once.
05What will they receive?
Their own song page with the song, the lyrics and cover art, plus an MP3 to keep. You also get a gift link that opens with a short reveal before the song plays.
06What if it isn’t quite right?
Every song includes one free revision after delivery. Tell us what to change on your song page, and the new version arrives within 48 hours.
07Can I share the song?
Yes. It’s made as a personal gift: send the gift link, play it at the party, download the MP3 and share it with family and friends. If you’d like to use it for anything commercial, email us first.
08I’m not good with words. Is that okay?
Yes. We ask one question at a time and suggest answers as we go. If you can tell us one story about them, that’s enough.
09What kinds of songs can you make?
Most styles people ask for: country, folk, soul, gospel, swing, pop punk, piano ballads, heartland rock, kids’ songs and more. You pick the sound in the interview. Songs are in English and usually run two to four minutes.
10What occasions are they for?
Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Christmas, Mother’s Day, graduations, retirements, a pet you miss, or just because. The song is about the person, so it works for any day that matters to them.
11Are the songs on your homepage from real customers?
No. They’re sample songs written from made-up stories, so you can hear the kind of song you’ll get. Each one is labeled “Sample song”.
12Does a person check the song before I get it?
Yes. A person listens to every song before it’s delivered, and checks that the names are sung the way they should be.
13How do I reach you if something is wrong?
